AABC Conference Top Industry Leaders
Just a year ago, our team at Associated Environmental Systems (AES) joined industry leaders at the Advanced Automotive Battery Conference (AABC) for the first time. This year, we returned to Las Vegas for another opportunity to network, learn, and showcase our innovative products! From battery manufacturing to battery intelligence to recycling, we were immersed in timely discussions that provided a glimpse into the future.

Located at Booth 100, the AES Team, including Nick DiCeglie, Account Executive- West Coast, and Bob Laudisi, Account Executive-East Coast, spotlighted our patent-pending ATPHEAVY ADAPTABLE. “It was fantastic to be back and have the opportunity to learn more about the great strides battery technology, particularly within the automotive industry, is making,” said Nick. “We enjoyed sharing our solutions with attendees and are inspired to continue to create new developments for emerging technologies.”
Back in the Spotlight: Meet ATPHEAVY Adaptable
The AES Team showcased one of our innovative battery fixtures for battery chambers, our patent-pending ATPHEAVY ADAPTABLE. Initially designed for the EV battery testing industry, this versatile battery fixture fills the gap for businesses needing a battery test solution that can adapt to ongoing change and provide expert performance, safety, and reliability.
New and returning attendees had the opportunity to interact with ATPHEAVY ADAPTABLE and learn more about its capabilities from our team. The Adaptable’s modular board is designed for modification, and our displayed solution showcased three shelves fitting up to two-channel prismatic/pouch cells. It can accommodate up to 300 amp per channel and one combined at 600 amps. The best feature of our ATP Adpaptable is its ability to create a custom-tailed solution for your specific battery testing. Whether you want four shelves or just 1 with a custom amount of channels, we customize the fixture for individual requirements. Changing requirements doesn't mean purchasing new equipment. Its ability to account for larger capacity batteries and multiple geometries of the pouch, prismatic, and cylindrical cells enables manufacturers not to worry about their equipment becoming obsolete if they foresee potential changes happening.
